The Dura-Pump™ Easy Caddy ag chemical system frame mounts in 6 different configurations on a variety of tank/tote and drum types. Although it most commonly hangs on the side of a tote, you can also mount it on top of a cage tank or on top of a 55 gallon drum, on the side of a cage tank, or off the ground depending on user preference.

Conversion kits are available to the mount the chemical transfer system on Monsanto and Snyder type tanks. A tote is not included with the system. However, the system comes with an accessory kit and required hose to make all necessary connections. As always, Dura Products stands behind their products and in front of the competition with a 2-year Warranty and Maintenance Program.

Yes, the Dura Pump can handle 1,000-10,000 CPS materials, but that is basically the viscosity limit. If possible, the material should be in a warmed state at the higher end of the range.

Can this pump be used to transfer soybean oil between a tote and an oil cooled electrical transformer? This operation would take place with the power locked out when preparing for servicing the internals of the transformer.

Yes, this pump can be used for soybean oil. We can't speak to pumping into an oil cooled transformer, but the Easy Caddy is able to pump soybean oil.

Thanks for your question. The power connection is as follows:

12V DC Motor: 185 Watts, 18.5 Amps, 30 Amp In-Line Fuse, Copperplated Alligator Clips

110V DV Motor: 185 Watts, 2.0 Amps, 3 Amp In-Line Fuse, 3 Prong Grounded Plug

A deep cycle battery can run the pump and is actually the recommended option for the 12V. They have a longer life and are better at holding a charge.

A Yes, but nothing smaller than 3/4". Anything smaller will put too much stress on the pump and potentially lead to early failure.

The pump runs at max of 22 PSI

Thank you for the reply. I think the concentration is 15%, they usually come in 5 gallon carboys, but we are able to get it in a tote to save on money as a bulk shipment. replacing once a year is acceptable for the cartridge, can you give a price for that part as well?

Do you know if this will work with a tote that has sodium hypochlorite (pool chlorine) solution? We are switching to a tote system at our shop for more efficient work, and this pump with meter would work perfect! Thanks for any help you can give.

Thanks for your question! It depends on the concentration of the sodium hypochlorite. At a 100% concentrate it will have severe effects on the 304 Stainless Steel in the cartridge, so we do not recommend using this product. At a 20% concentrate it will have some effect but will work for some time before the cartridge needs to be replaced. You would likely need to replace at least once a year to maintain the standard performance of the pump.
